Billing is only visible to the owner of a non-personal team workspace. Team admins and members do not see this tab.
Open billing settings
Go to Settings → Billing tab. If you do not see the Billing tab, you are either not the team owner or you are viewing a personal workspace.What the billing page shows
- Plan name — Startup Package
- Subscription status — see the table below
- Next billing date (or Access until date if your subscription is cancelled)
Subscription statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Your subscription is current and all features are available |
| Trial | You are on a trial period; you will need to upgrade before the trial ends to keep access |
| Past Due | A payment attempt failed; update your payment method to restore full access |
| Cancelled | Your subscription has been cancelled; you retain access until the period end date |
| Inactive | No active subscription is associated with this team |
Manage your subscription
Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal in a new tab. From the portal you can:- Update your payment method
- View and download past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
