Your DevUps profile stores the personal information other team members see — your username, display name, and avatar. You can update these details at any time from the Profile page, and control appearance preferences and security options from the broader Settings area.
Edit your profile
Navigate to /settings/profile in the app, or open Settings and click Edit Profile from the General tab.
Open profile settings
Go to Settings → Edit Profile, or navigate directly to /settings/profile.
Update your fields
Fill in any of the following fields and click Save Changes.| Field | Required | Notes |

Your email address is read-only and cannot be changed from this page.
Change your profile picture
Click the camera icon
On the Profile page, click the camera icon overlaid on your avatar.
Select an image
Choose any image file from your device. The file must be under 2 MB.
If the upload fails, check that your image is under 2 MB and is a valid image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, and similar formats are accepted).
Appearance settings
Appearance preferences are in Settings → General.
Choose between Light, Dark, or System (matches your OS preference). The change applies immediately.
Select your preferred interface language. Available options: English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português.
Change your password
Go to Settings → Security and click Change Password. You will be redirected to /reset-password to complete the process.
Delete your account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All learning paths you created, your progress on every path, and all team memberships are removed immediately.
